"I would like to start off by saying I am very thankful to have Nationwide (Wegner Insurance) on our side. As many have seen all the storm damage going on around the area and all affected by these storms, So with that being said, on May 15th, 2017 we had a storm come through our area that did significant damage to our farm/home. I contacted our agent that night after the storms were over and I discovered all the damage. He (Doyle) made a claim right away for us so that we wouldn't have to do it and handle all of that stuff. The next morning he came out right away to look at all the damage and help us with any and all things we needed right away. Within days a company called to see if we needed any tarps to cover our roofs etc. It was amazing. Within a week we had an agent out measuring all our buildings and taking pictures for us. He then did his part by going to the "big dogs" to make sure we were taken care of right away. They have never stopped asking and making sure we are okay. My husband and I really appreciate the generosity and respect they have for their customers. My husband has severe PTSD and they made him free at ease knowing we would be taken care of and covered with all the damage. Thanks to all the insurance people involved. We are finally on the path to getting everything replaced and or fixed. So from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank you all so very much. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication you guys do for us."
